The GLI logo depicts the leadership mantle upon individuals within the sector as well as the sector as a whole. The image therefore holds both individual and corporate relevance. The orange swoosh and dot represents the image of a man clearly assuming a leadership position among his peers (represented by the turquoise waves). This powerfully identifies GLI members as an emerging generation of new leadership in the earth.
The turquoise waves additionally represent the resultant circles of influence produced through an individual press towards ordained purpose. This pioneer charts new pathways, inspiring others to follow. He exemplifies both a quality process and an ultimate destination.
The image also represents that of a man lunging towards a tape or finish line. Such imagery speaks of drive, perseverance, determination, focus and excellence - all defining qualities of completion and arriving at an ordained end, and thus definitive of GLI.
