Global Leadership Interlink (GLI) is a global network of professionals and university students committed to the development of society by impacting governance systems through the promotion of values-based leadership and the application of principles consistent with the highest level of integrity.

GLI – determining the destiny of nations – represents the thrust of Congress WBN (C-WBN) towards impacting human development in every sphere of life.

It recognizes that in order to affect national transformation there must be a radical reconfiguration of the mentalities and attitudes towards leadership.  There must be a clear shift towards a leadership paradigm based upon service and the empowerment of others. To this end GLI serves as a training ground and think tank, providing students and professionals with the requisite values and environment towards an accurate process of personal/individual development.
